BRAND / OVERVIEW
The main objective of the project is to create a world-class sports driven development, a benchmark for developments to come.
Our concept is predicated by a global imperative for an environmentally sustainable future. Any effort to bring about sustainable development, must concentrate not only on the physical environment and areas specific local circumstances, but also on the key social and economic factors that work together with the built form to create a successful and enduring community.
Our strategy is in its core environmental and sustainable.

CONCEPT / MASTERPLAN OBJECTIVES
- We suggest a compression of the built areas and expansion of the green. Compression and densification reduces the need for infrastructure (roads and utilities), reduces traffic in each module, preserves more green and reduces heat accumulation and surface water problems.
- A sense of community, a feeling of place, and social cohesion are pivotal to a sustainable community, and moreover a unique challenge when designing a new development. There are a number of key attributes and issues that should be considered from the outset in any community master planning exercise: program diversity, infrastructural intelligence, densification, and focus on permanent residents, world class offerings, and local presence. If these are developed and embedded within the process, this brings about a more stable and socially and economically sustainable community.
- The development will be a ZERO C02 development. India Sports City will be a showcase of environmentally friendly transport, energy preservation, building methods and materials, nature preservation and a constant awareness of the environmental importance.
